Entries for all events (including January Rubber) should be made online or sent in advance to Richard Solomon (richardharoldsolomon@gmail.com) by midday Tues preceding the first Wed night.
Entries should be made in Pairs/ Teams as per nature of each event. If you need a partner/ teammates, please contact Richard in advance.
He may also be able to help players find substitutes for individual nights if they are unable to do so themselves.
If you are in difficulty, please contact him in advance.
It may be possible to play for one night only as a Pair in a Swiss Pairs' event but only if there is an even number of pairs.
If you wish to do this, contact Richard in advance: do not just turn up on the night. Akarana cannot organize games for casual players/pairs unless they are substituting for other players/pairs.
