Entries for all events should be made online or sent in advance to Malcolm Mayer by midday Tuesday preceding the first Wednesday night.

Entries should be made in Pairs/Teams as per nature of each event. If you need a partner/ teammates, please contact Malcolm in advance.

Players are encouraged to find their own substitutes though if in difficulty, please contact Malcolm as early as you can and he will assist.

Akarana cannot organize games for casual players/pairs unless it's an walk-in event or they are substituting for other players/pairs.
